Service Areas

Sugar Land is the center of our service area, including First Colony, Telfair, Sugar Creek, Riverstone, New Territory and Greatwood. We also coat floors in Missouri City, Stafford, Meadows Place, Richmond, Rosenberg, Fulshear, Katy, Cinco Ranch, Mission Bend, Four Corners, Pecan Grove, Sienna, Fresno, Arcola, Pearland, Bellaire, West University Place, Weston Lakes and southwest Houston. Floors vary across that area. Older neighborhoods close to Houston have slabs with decades of paint, patches and cracks. Newer subdivisions toward Fulshear and Sienna have large garages with smooth slabs that still need grinding to remove builder sealers. Homes near the Brazos and Oyster Creek are more likely to have seen water on the floor. Each area page covers what we know about the homes there.
